Overview

Panasonic KX-TDA50G, KX-TDE100/200/600 Hybrid IP-PBX and KX-NCP500/1000 systems support multi-site networking using the IP virtual connections, trunk cards or PRI Q-Sig.  These configurations require a dedicated voice, data communications point-to-point line or quality VPN.

TDA/TDE/NCP systems can be networked together, so that all of your locations communicate as if they are  all located within one building. When building a multi-site network using the IP trunk solutions or PRI Q-Sig, all of the Caller ID, trunk information and calling extension information passes onto the next node (multi-office) for advanced call routing. Imaging the flexibility of multiple or time adjusted Incoming Call Group intercepting inbound customer service calls and the routing possibilities this can provide you.  And don’t forget that this information can also be passed across a network and out of to an IP telephone extension.

Leverage your data network to keep recurring telephone expenses down using low cost SIP trunks; the KX-TDE and NCP IP Systems can serve as the core of a cost effective, easy-to-use interoffice communication/voice networking system. Networking personnel and office facilities–using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) on your existing wide area network (WAN) or local area network (LAN) can significantly reduce recurring costs while providing reliable communications both within the company and outside.

The KX-NT IP telephones or the IP Softphones can be installed and supported anywhere within your IP network. For multiple offices and branch facilities, IP phones can even eliminate the need for multiple PBX units to support a branch office. The administration of the KX-TDE/NCP IP Communication System can be centrally managed from a single location or with using the internal networking access from your branch offices or externally over your data network. The KXNT IP telephones supports most of the functions of the digital telephones located in the main office, including the KX-TVA200 voice processing system with its centralized and unified message functions.

The KX-TDE/NCP Hybrid IP-PBX systems also jointly supports the powerful QSIG communications protocol when you use the VoIP gateway configuration. This allows you to interconnect multiple KX-TDA PBX systems in different locations to build a large, effective and seamless virtual telephone system. Combined with the Panasonic Intelligent Routing functions, your network becomes the backbone for an advanced multi-node communication system, further helping to lower your communication cost and raise your work force productivity.

For example, if you have a large corporate office and multiple satellite offices, they can be connected by using a single KX-NCP500/1000 or KX-TDE100/200 and your existing wide area network (WAN). Caller ID information or extension information is passed to the display of the telephone through the network. A simple 3 to 5 digit numbering plan makes dialing from one office to another as easy as dialing from an extension within the same office. With A Panasonics VoIP solution you can reduce you telecommunications costs by eliminating costly local exchange carrier costs while maintaining a the high quality of service that you need for your voice communications.
