Voice guidance provides a user friendly interface to simplify and streamline business communications by efficiently routing customer calls to the proper department or agent.  Further, a voice mail storage facility can be used for graceful offline call handling during business hours, thereby increasing overall productivity and providing customer service.

Standard - (125 Messages, 120 Minutes of Storage) The Panasonic KX-NCP500 and KX-NCP1000 have an integrated 2 channel Simplified Voice Messaging solution that comes standard with the platforms.

Enhanced Simple Voice Mail

  • Transfer out from voice mailbox to message functions

  • Multi-level automated attendant with outgoing message recording

Optional - (Up to 500 Messages, 120 Minutes of Storage) The Simple Voice Messaging can be further enhanced via optional expansion cards.  These enhancements include added message recording and outgoing message handling capabilities that help ensure calls form your customers are being routed properly and are always answered and processed gracefully.  The optional cards can be configured in three modes for complete flexibility:

  • SVM Mode - Voice Mail features only.

  • MSG Mode - For DISA functionality leveraging Outgoing Message Recordings.  The MSG mode can also support mobile telephone extension integration, allowing mobile telephones to be used as NCP platform extensions.

  • SVM + MSG Mode - Allowing you to have both a simple voice mail with DISA functionality.  You can even upload high-quality sound files that can be played as outgoing messages, for various announcement applications.

Companies requiring fully featured voice processing can upgrade to a Panasonic KX-TVA50 or KX-TVA200 Voice Processing System.  Both of these systems provide enhanced message applications and customer service features.

The KX-TVA200 Voice Processing System supports both Voice Mail and Automated Attendant Services.  The basic cabinet has 4 ports (expandable to 24); 1000 hours of message storage; 1024 Mailboxes 1 RS232 Port and 1 USB port.  Includes LAN card and eMail capability of voice mail messages to users.

 

   
 
           
   
Panasonic KX-TVA50 Voice Processing System
   

The KX-TVA50 Voice Processing System supports both Voice Mail and Automated Attendant Services.  The basic cabinet has 2 ports (expandable to 6); 4 hours of message storage (expandable to 8); 64 Mailboxes and 1 USB port.

 
           
           
  Communications Assistant - Voice Mail Assistant  
           
 

VM Assistant allows Unified Messaging functionality - allowing users to access and retrieve in the order they prefer - any voice messages left for them.

Companies using the optional advanced KX-TVA Voice Messaging solutions - can allow Communications Assistant users to visually manage their voice mails with Voice Mail Assistant.  VMA can be launched directly form Communications Assistant via the Message icon.  By using Voice Mail Assistant, users can:

  • Visually see their voice messages as a list
  • Skip messages forward or rewind by 4 seconds
  • Change message playback speed
  • Play and pause messages
  • Delete messages
  • Change voice mailbox settings
  • Export a message to a PC
  • Send a message via eMail
